By accessing KJK DFS Pro, you agree to these Terms and the related Privacy Policy, Responsible Play notice, and Product Disclosures. Paid KJK DFS Pro membership is limited to U.S. adults age 18 or older who are legally able to enter a binding agreement. KJK membership does not establish eligibility for any third-party fantasy product. You must truthfully provide your state or district of residence and satisfy the platform's current minimum age—which may be 19 or 21—identity, physical-location, product, and jurisdiction requirements before using that platform.

KJK DFS Pro is an independent research and analytics service. KJK does not operate a sportsbook or fantasy contest, accept entries or wagers, hold member contest funds, determine third-party contest results, or access a member's account on a third-party platform.

References to PrizePicks, Underdog, sportsbooks, leagues, players, and other third parties are descriptive. KJK is not sponsored, endorsed, or approved by those parties unless an express written relationship is separately identified.

Probabilities, scores, rankings, discrepancies, expected value, expected return, and entry suggestions are estimates generated from available data and KJK methodology. They are not promises of a win, profit, or particular outcome and are not financial, legal, or wagering advice.

Market data can be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, suspended, or changed without notice. Members must verify the current line, multiplier, payout, eligibility, and contest rules directly with the applicable platform before acting.

The private approved-slip ledger stores only complete KJK Engine recommendations that pass the server-side approval and True EV gates. It does not accept arbitrary member picks, realized outcomes, unit results, or settlement. Saved modeled metrics are prospective estimates and must not be presented as guaranteed or realized performance.

The current Founding Beta offer is $49.99 per month and renews through Patreon until canceled. Material price, renewal, and access terms must be shown before checkout. Patreon processes payment and provides the membership cancellation controls associated with the transaction.

Premium access depends on an active, verified entitlement through the checkout or membership provider identified during enrollment. Prices, trial terms, renewal terms, refunds, and cancellation rules shown at checkout control the transaction. Access may end when an entitlement expires, is canceled, refunded, reversed, or cannot be verified.

Canceling stops future renewal according to Patreon's displayed billing rules but does not automatically create a refund for a prior charge. Any refund request is reviewed under the terms shown at checkout, applicable law, and the payment provider's available process. Statutory rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.

You may use KJK DFS Pro only for personal research. You may not:

• Resell, republish, bulk-export, scrape, or redistribute KJK or third-party data.
• Share credentials or use another member's account.
• Bypass access controls, rate limits, or security measures.
• Use automated systems to place entries or interact with third-party accounts through KJK.
• Misrepresent KJK analysis as guaranteed or as an official statement from a platform.
• Use the service in violation of applicable law or third-party terms.

The KJK DFS Pro name, Intelligence Lab presentation, KJK scores, analytical methodology, software, design, and original content are owned by or licensed to KJK. Third-party names, statistics, marks, and content remain the property of their respective owners. No third-party ownership is transferred to KJK or to members.

KJK may correct, suspend, restrict, or discontinue a tool or account to protect members, data providers, platform relationships, security, or legal compliance. KJK may remove an opportunity whenever evidence becomes stale or cannot be verified.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KJK DFS Pro is provided on an “as available” basis and KJK is not responsible for contest losses, lost opportunities, third-party platform decisions, data errors, or indirect damages arising from reliance on the service. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

Account and privacy requests may be submitted through the authenticated KJK Privacy Center. Other questions or legal notices may be submitted through the official KJK DFS member-support channel or official KJK DFS Patreon account.
