• Account information, including email address and authentication identifiers.
• Compliance information, including 18+ KJK membership attestation, U.S. jurisdiction, accepted document versions, and acceptance timestamp.
• Membership information, including Patreon identity, tier, status, and entitlement history.
• Service activity, including pages viewed, tool requests, saved selections, and security/audit events.
• Member-saved KJK-approved slip snapshots, including selected legs, modeled metrics, approval provenance, payout provenance, and strategy version.
• Technical information, including IP address, browser/device data, timestamps, and diagnostic logs.
• Communications and information voluntarily submitted to support.

KJK does not request or store PrizePicks, Underdog, sportsbook, or banking credentials through the optimizer. Payments and third-party contest activity are handled by the applicable third party.

KJK uses information to authenticate members, verify premium access, deliver and improve tools, prevent abuse, preserve audit history, provide support, operate the private member results ledger, measure product reliability, communicate service information, and comply with legal obligations. The approved-slip ledger does not accept member picks, realized outcomes, or settlement data.

KJK's service providers may include Supabase for authentication and database services, Vercel for hosting, Patreon for checkout and membership verification, Discord for optional community access, email-delivery providers, and contracted market-data providers. Each provider receives only the information required for its configured function. KJK may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the service or members, or in connection with a legitimate business transfer.

KJK does not sell member personal information or credentials. If KJK adopts advertising or cross-context behavioral tracking, this policy and the available privacy controls must be updated before that processing begins.

KJK uses cookies or similar browser storage when necessary to keep a member signed in, protect account sessions, preserve selected tool state, and measure service reliability. Blocking essential storage may prevent authentication or member tools from functioning.

KJK retains information only as reasonably necessary for membership, support, security, legal, accounting, and audit purposes. KJK uses access controls and technical safeguards appropriate to the service, but no internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Retention depends on the record: active account and entitlement data is retained while needed to provide access; security and consent records are retained to document authorization and prevent abuse; accounting and dispute records are retained for applicable legal periods; and information is deleted or de-identified when no longer reasonably required.

Depending on location, members may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of personal information. Members may also unsubscribe from non-essential email. Authenticated members can download a core account-data export and submit access, correction, or deletion requests through the KJK Privacy Center. KJK may verify identity and retain records required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, or law before completing a request.

KJK does not determine or store a member's eligibility for a third-party fantasy product; the applicable platform performs its own age, identity, and location verification.
